kind of the saliant point. she cant summon it the way arc does, at the least with marble phantasm.
She has to be able to summon it somehow, or she would not have been granted the title.

Crimson Moon seems to be arrogant, aristocratic, and if the Archetype Earth persona of Arcuied is any indication a regal character in bearing and speech. Zepia is the closest Type-MOON character to date that fits the bill in appearance.

If the attack that Fragarach was countering is Enuma Elish, would it still be able to overtake it, or will the attack simply plow through with pure power?
I dont think there is any reason fragerach wouldnt take out gil without problems, power doesnt really matter to fragerach. gil might have something else in his bag of tricks that would work better though.
I think that since Enuma Enlish attacks space-time there was an agreement that Fragrach would not work because "how can it rewrite history if it exists in no time". Trying to escape via running away or teleportation were also ruled out because of space-time disruption.
I don't remember that conversation, when was that?
Enuma Elish does not attack space-time. It simulates a rip in space-time with super pressurised air.
Fraggle Rock will simply roll back time so Enuma Elish never happened and Gilgamesh gets shot in the face by Fraggle Rock.

whatever so it attacks the surrounding "World" with a "false" space time rip (whatever that means), honestly it sounds like it would still interfere with Fragrach and have the same effect.
verg has been known to play a little fast and loose with the rules. anyway, I dont think I have ever seen any compelling argument as to why fragarach wouldnt do the same thing to EA it does to almost everything else.
hell, even if it did (it wouldn't) that wouldn't stop fragarach from also killing gil, resulting in a double KO
