That's not exactly a normal situation, though. The existence of Nrvnqsr had already been wiped out, so there's nothing to regenerate back to. Nero the chaos maybe. Nero the individual (who was already disappearing into the chaos) would be obliterated for sure though.

I don't think so. The beasts Arc killed continued existing in the Chaos, it took dotstabs for them to disappear (remember how Nrvnqsr freaked out when he noticed the dotstabbed beasts were gone?). So, unless Excalibur is conceptually equivalent to a dotstab, he should be OK?

Excalibur tanks a 200-feet tall monster with an infinite regenerative ability. I can't say it with a 100% certainty, but I believe it'd wipe out Nero.

The "LOL ZAPPING MONSTER TO THE MOLECULAR LEVEL" is really over-kill, since frying the tome would cause all the monsters to quickly disappear.
Lessay it had reached the point where it could sustain itself. Would it survive?

During the Einzbern Consultation Room lessons, Iri mentioned that after that monster consumed enough people, it would just die by itself, IIRC. "A self-destructive existence" or something like that.
Like, in a few years (because the mana needed to do pretty much everything Nero needs to not only recreate the body but to make all the extra liquid and tons of other shit is just lol) I could see it happening but Iunno. Not to mention he pretty much only has the Bird's intelligence (well, considering Eto [the deer] is supposed to be one of the smartest things in the world lets give the bird the benefit of being mad smart). But ya, dotstab means dead Nrvnqsr as Mc said.
Nero was stabbed. MEoDP means perma dead. Instead of turning into goo he disappeared. Though the other goo he left around (the 100 or so Shiki killed pre 999 beast) seems to have stayed, somehow. Nero is weird.
Fabro was already way past the point. He was calling himself Legion by the time of Tsuki.
Nrvqsr himself doesn't know what happens when the beats loses their sense of self (iirc he actually said it was 'we' that would lose their sense of self as I don't think he's ever referred to himself as I in Tsuki). That's kinda the reason he was allowing it to happen. Who knows what happens afterwords, Nrvnqsr could be perma 999 except walk around on the floor like a dog. Or like, maybe, he could be, just be a pool of goo. And end up as the primordial soup he was saying his body was going to end up as. But who listens to that part.

Narration tells us that is skin was rotting and whatnot. And even if he didn't have it he was killed like 5 times by Alter. And has enough mana from Sakura to have infinite lives.
Meanwhile game text also tells us that after Shirou cuts off all his limbs and pulverizes his head with Nine Lives Berserker somehow regenerates it all faster than Shirou can even finish Nine Lives to stop his attack.
So yeah, who knows. food's argument lapses between Berserker is a boss who can stop his own swing when he doesn't have an arm and can regenerate through willpower. And he mighta had GH depending on which side of the argument he is on. I'm the same.
