He never sleeps. He never dies.
Battle doesn't need a purpose; the battle is its own purpose. You don't ask why a plague spreads or a field burns. Don't ask why I fight.
Instinct still needs refining if you want it to be of higher rank, though, while it is an inborn ability, it's also in part a product of training and experience.

My attempts at being a (fanfic) writer:
Eclipse - a Saber Alter oneshot
Requiem for a Race - Altrouge and Ortenrosse hunt the TAs ( 1/3 chapters, discontinued )
Memories of a King - a 'Saber Origins' story ( 8/? chapters, discontiuned )
A Small Warmth - a post UBW-Good oneshot, Saber/Rin
Devil's Thrill - Narbareck hunts down a DAA Blackmore ( 10/10 chapters, finished )
Boundary of Loneliness - Ryougi Shiki/Alphard Al-Shua oneshot. Lemon-flavoured
Only in the sense that you learn to listen to it better. The actual mechanism itself is straight up said to have no basis whatsoever. Your imagination just makes it up as it goes along and it happens to be right.

Araya, where do you seek it?「アラヤ、何処に求める」
Only within myself.「――――ただ、己が内にのみ」

There seems to be an actual distinction between Instinct and EotM false. It's not just "EotM false is lower ranked Instinct" but it's hard to put it into words.
Maybe just that Instinct can be used or pretty much everything, from cooking to combat, and EotM false is combat only and defense based. You just get a feeling, "Don't do this, it's bad," whereas with Instinct you get the exact list of steps to take to victory.

I'm not sure you can "train it" in the usual manner. Its more like being able to comprehend its message better, or learn the language more.
I don't really think EotM(false) can be considered inferior to Instinct, just different. Saber wouldn't be able to judge an invisible sword's length from a few parries but at the same time I don't think Sasaki's would work as well against someone who doesn't use a sword.

I think you could use EotM(false) for cooking. You'd have to be one of those chefs who can "feel" when things are done or when more spices need to be added. Wouldn't be many servants with that skill though.
Both EotM are done through training, its just the result is difference. Herakles gaines EotM(false) B from going through so many dangerous situations that in the end he could truly understand how dangerous a situation is through his senses. Emiya spent an eternity killing shit and gained the ability to predict every event that could occur in combat(otherwise known as EotM True).
Instinct is the magical shit your born with that allows you to feel your way through any situation.
Okay, thank you.
False is Spider Sense, True is that Sherlock Holmes thing from the RDJ movies. Stop over-complicating it.
What heathen tongue are speaking? Speak American, God's language.

I've checked the Useful BL Notes page, so now I'm asking here: was the name of Gilgamesh's Golder Armour stated anywhere?
Nope. My wank is that it's the prototype of Karna's golden armour.
FGO Supports
I personally fanwanked it as the manifestation of Uruk's walls, allegedly the first walls in history, erected by Gilgamesh.
it is humanity's first actualy useful golden armor, originally a birthday present by Enkidu. Aware that it looks dorky and is incredibly heavy, Gil just could'nt get himself to tell Enkidu that his present sucked, and since that day he keeps wearing it.
