Any 'shaking' will be due to supports failing and the building clasping (parts or the whole). A dumptruck will simply make a very large hole.
Earthquakes cause shaking by applying consistent energy to the structure by waves, a dumptruck colliding with a building can NEVER cause it to shake like an earthquake due to the collision itself due to it being a singular application of energy from the point of impact. No matter how much hypothetical force is behind it.
It is a horrible analogy and you should hate yourself for taking it even remotely seriously.

Not so terrible when Shiki himself thought it was an earthquake when Nrvnqsr summoned his beasts, yet he also mentioned it could have been a dumptruck in that same scene. When it comes to issues of speed, force, etc., unless it's Sion saying it, take it with a grain of salt.
It's a good thing Shiki had a word problem about the impact force of a speeding dump truck in physics class the week before, or he never would have been able to make that comparison. I bet he was just waiting and waiting to bust that one out and show off.
Dump truck collisions aren't very common, you know, so he was really quite lucky to get an opportunity like that.
Thanks for telling me things I already know. And that's certainly not all there is to it. Would you argue that Berserker's A Rank STR comes from his speed alone? In the first place a human colliding with a building at 100m/s is not enough to make the building shake with the force described, so there clearly was another force at work.
