I think Lancer would be at least a rank higher in everything, actually. Kotomine wasn't the greatest Master to begin with- look at how badly Gil's stats dropped between F/Z and FSN, and that's with Gil's Independent Action, and the orphan batteries and supporting two Servants would only make both Servants weaker- and Bazett's apparently a good enough magus to nullify at least a blast or two of Medea's magic if she were going in for CQB.

On the one hand that's true- on the other hand, he wasn't any stronger in Extra (aside from his End, and that was because of Hacking), and Rin is a much better master then Kirei.

Extra Lancer prolly isnt the best example, as we dont know what else Extra!Rin modified, aside from removing Battle Continuation and relocating its points elsewhere.
