Would Sakura's deal where the worms will kill her if she refuses to compete in the grail war still come into effect if her contract is forcibly removed by Rule Breaker?
Also, if Rider is stabbed by Rule Breaker while under Shinji's control, does it break Rider's contract with Shinji's Book of False Attendant and revert it to Sakura, or does it break the whole thing off? I'm assuming the latter, but figured I'd ask while here.
