http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phantasy_Star ? ask them
I'm 99.99% sure we've never been given official English for the title of Third Assassin's Zabaniya. The name is just Zabaniya, like all the other Hassan NPs. As to that title, 空想電脳, I know food liked to try to make a difference between 'fantasy' (i.e. adjective 'fantastic') and 'phantasy' (i.e. adjective 'phantasmal'), but I'm not familiar enough with what Japanese pertains to which to be sure. Dictionaries incline me a little to Phantasy being correct here, but don't have the requisite experience to make a good judgement on that.
Mind, arai was happy with Cyber Fantasy on fuyuki, so if you want to pain him a little, use that as a basis for your decision.

Democracy on Beast's Lair
Well if there's no difference then either one is fine.
I guess it's a matter of preference then.

Well Marble Phantasm is an official name and it's 空想具現化.
So yeah, whatever you're more comfortable with.
I mean, that's why we had MM translating Phantasmal Species into Fantasia Races.

The former is the orthodox and correct spelling, while the latter is a lesser used spelling that the internet tells me is acceptable but that I honestly believe has just been forced into the English lexicon to assuage people incapable of spelling it properly or changing their habits.

Based on Phantasm and such? I'd had an inkling that might've been the case, but the situation seems murky enough where it could go either way.
I guess I'll leave it up to personal preference, then.

Ah, GT-Sensei tells me it's Fancy Cyber.
Welp, I guess that's what it is. To the wiki!
I have no clue.

Battle doesn't need a purpose; the battle is its own purpose. You don't ask why a plague spreads or a field burns. Don't ask why I fight.
I finally got my iPad working. So is there any way to patch the IPad realty nua with the English?
(stupid iPad autocorrects nua to Nya)
Wait a goddamn second:
This better not mean what I think it means.
"now only: FREE"
but I'm probably just overthinking it.
Google-fu: Let's start in the smartphone! Only now free!

Yay
無料 - FREE
Gratis /ˈɡreɪtɨs/ is the process of providing goods or services without compensation. It is often referred to in English as free of charge (FOC) or complimentary.
QUICK! GET IT! GET IT NOW!

Let's clean that up with a more marketable phrase: "Now available for smartphones! FREE for only a limited time!"
