"Primate" seems to include Guardians (Heroic Spirits), too, who are not strictly defined as human.
The CM3 bit about "absolute advantage over humans" is along with ORT, the implied message is that PM has type advantage while ORT just can't be fought with Earth rules.

Again, I hope its only people not actually mentioned in works that are out i.e. Sumire, Riza Rozay-an, etc. meanwhile, ORT, PM, Nrvnqsr, Zel, CM, Stanrobe, Van Fem,Enhance, and Alt were all off the top of my head mentioned outside of Tsuki. The ones that have appeared are Alcatraz, Wallachia (well, he's MB), and Einnashe (but since that's extra material it could be retconned).
Actually, I think Sumire was mentioned in MB? iirc Ciel talks about a DA that uses MP. I can't remember if El Nahat was mentioned in MB/Tsuki/whatever.
