Well, for one thing i'm not really sure what he means by the "original gods" but Quetz's explanation about the alien microbe on the asteroid is something that only applies to her pantheon

Alien Godz in the Nasuverse 101 (incomplete)
Mesoamerican = Space Divinity Virus
12 Olympians =Not actually ALIENS just based off ALIENS (probably like how True Ancestors are based off the Alien known as Crimson Moon)
to be continued

Their worth (life) ends when humans can no longer bear that purity.
I've only finished the main story. I haven't finished all of the side quests or read the mats so that could have the info. I sure don't know.

Maybe I'm thinking of the interaction between Velber and an earlier AoG. Can't remember where the various AoG timelines were defined.
Edit: Wasn't it during the AoG in which Gil's ancestors surrendered to avoid being destroyed by Titan Altera?
Maybe related to this? Though the whole Altera and alien god thing is mentioned earlier in the thread by around page 35 in basic thread post display size.
Aliens are the origin of everything.
Known that since Notes.
