I figured that they were starter applications of Reinforcement, given how universal they are.
Like the equivalent of a daily prayer or a rain dance.
Some of them sound vaguely tied to general ideas we've seen, like flash being similar to how instinct is sometimes described or the shooting star one makes me think of Saber trying to read the stars at the end of Fate route.
Pride rock just makes me think the artist had just watched a bunch of disney movies though.

Yeah. Harvest also resembles Empress, Oracle resembles Fool. The Shooting Star one doesn't actually remind me of Star as much as I'd expect.

Yeah, Preemption is the Chariot and Destruction is the Tower. Technique, Concentration, or Opportunity could be the Star, and Meditation could be the Hermit?
Dunno what Divine Oracle, Flash, Tenacity, and Fruitful would be, though.

Fruitful Harvest = The Sun
Harvest resembles Empress more to me than Sun, because the grain as a symbol of fertility is one of the Empress's more prominent symbols excluding the female figure itself.
A lot of the rest seem mostly divorced from tarot imagery, so rather than it being based off tarot itself it's probably more that common elements are used for symbolism and there's an overlap.
A bunch of concept-based CEs themed on Major Arcana would be super cool, though.
