I wouldn't think so, unless those routes have Gil activating Angra Manyu I wouldn't think their results would have impacted much in the grand scheme of things, also what Gil was trying to do wasn't a total annihilation either so qho knows.

Sorry I have another question. After Fate stay night Artoria's soul went to Avalon right? So how is she able to be summoned as a servant in Grand order?
1) After Fate route specifically. We don't know what happens post-UBW or HF, which have very different circumstances, although Nasu has hinted post-UBW she might become a regular Heroic Spirit.
2) FGO's vanilla Artoria is still alluded to as being slightly different somehow. But since she hasn't shown up in the main story campaign, ??? as to what, if anything significant.
3) How is [insert character here] able to be summoned in FGO is answerable with "it's FGO, all bets are off."

Grand Order Artoria is presumably UBW Saber, who went on to become a legitimate Heroic Spirit.
But wouldn't she go to Avalon anyway? And for that matter Francis drake as well.
We don't know what the process "getting into Avalon" involves, although thematically it fits with Fate Saber who got both the Avalon of metaphor and Avalon of literal scabbard-ness back by the end.
But also Schrodinger's Saber since going to Avalon also doesn't preclude eventual Heroic Spirit-ness either, especially in FGO, where "everything's burning so I'm now dead too" happens to a lot of people.

And he wasn't summoned like a Heroic Spirit either. He just showed up at Chaldea and pretended to be summoned by you

But anyway the whole going to Avalon/dead and a Heroic Spirit thing is also probably a deliberate throwback to her myth, where legitimately the exact same thing happens and Bedivere encounters both "Arthur died" and "Arthur is still alive and will save us in our day of need." Shrodingers Saber.
I'm guessing they're probably even saving that for something in FGO. MAYBE THEY SHOULD DO THAT AND FIX HER NP DAMAGE AND THIRD SKILL, YES

Charisma also needs a buff, really. Give it a +20% bonus to Lawful characters. Or Good ones. Something like that. I would say knights but that's not a trait. Yet. Then with a buffed instinct she could just be mediocre!
It'll probly just give her Arthur's anti big things.
