How do I explain to someone that Medea is so good at magecraft that she reaches the power equal to true magic, and in the past magecraft and magic were close to each other, but what she is doing isn't true magic, its magecraft and never considered true magic even in her own Age.

There was no such thing as true magic in age of gods.
What Medea or rather every magecraft user does back then is use gods as a mediator to connect to the root as they have a stronger connection to the root.
True magic is direct connection to the root through the pathways.
The problem comes from the lines that said "Magecraft and Magic were synonymous to each other" And the other guy take it as mean AoG Magecraft=the same as Magic. And Medea is only considered using Magecraft because in modern time her spells are no longer considered magic, just magecraft.
Magic wasn't made or discovered until age of gods ended.
It was discovered in age of fairies. It's referring to the fact that it was possible to do impossible stuff like magic does..just using magecraft in AoG.
Magic didn't exist in AoG.
Is Sigurd being descended from a Jötunn ever referenced at all in Fate?
"Here's a bangin lil' tune about takin' on The Man!"
(Check out my Super Special Awesome Servant Compendium here)
They weren’t quoting you in the first part, they were disagreeing
I believe their disagreement is based on something Nasu said in an interview for one of HF movies iirc? Something about Third Magic being used and discovered in the AoG but disappearing when it ended
Well technically fairies are gods as well..albeit of earth.
You can consider both era collectively as age of gods. But since these are interview questions i wouldn't bother with the terminology and actual timeline of events since he gave sometime before 100 bc that would fall in age of fairies in in-universe timeline as aog has already ended in 700 bc or its just nasu forgetting age of fairies was a thing as well...

Are these cards an official product?
You are not immune to propoganda, probably.

Their worth (life) ends when humans can no longer bear that purity.

Does Medusa's possession of Independent Action as a Rider and Elizabeth Bathory having Territory Creation as a Lancer count as examples of the Double Summon skill?
So then what makes Double Summon special? It's not SUPER common, but there are plenty of examples of Servants of the standard classes having class skills that don't belong to their class.
