They are like the Jedi. They likely went into hiding especially with the DAA rising to prominence.
The priest was waiting for the arrival of the princess, who was only an enemy of all of them.
For the priest, the golden princess was the one and only main heroine.
Everyone else was unworthy of his respect, no matter how strong they were.

I would think fake identities and changing names are hardly beyond Laurentis. I mean, he’s trying to obtain immortality, and I sort of doubt he plans to leave behind all church offices once he becomes old enough to be suspicious. There are a bunch of ways of extending life in the Magecraft world, I doubt he’s the the first high ranking church member to employ them.
This is pretty speculative though.
Barring complete freak cases there aren't really any mages much older than a century or so. At least if they want to remain human. Life extension via magecraft only takes you so far.

Yeah if even Lords have an average(ish) human lifespan, I don't see it being especially widespread.

Their worth (life) ends when humans can no longer bear that purity.
Iirc wasnt there a mention that Ritsuka's mana is really huge even though his circuit is bad?
Does it really ever stated or did I misremember? does anyone have a quote? I don't know/remember where to start.
I remember them stating el melloi and ritsuka has same potential for magecraft in one of the interludes.
Which is to say almost none
If waver is anything to go by, they can at least be competent with it. Not that that actually happened cause Ritsuka still cant do magecraft without mystic codes. As for the mana reserves i think its el melloi tier as well.
You may or may not be thinking about how he has a ton of Servant contracts so he should be getting drained dry but he’s not. That being said I think it was said once that Chaldea is the ones producing most of that Magical Energy. There’s a couple other times where Guda just has to have a ton of ME capacity for plot reasons tho like when he’s on the field so maybe it comes from that

What is Medea teaching his ass, he’s come farther along in his ninja training than his mage training
launch interlude with Herk says Herk can drain Ritsuka unconscious and with the "later for the time" confirmation that Chaldea feeds the servants energy doesnt paint a great image for Ritsuka`s mp pool
Chaldea doesnt have everyone summoned most of the time, which of course they ignore during events but whatever. In the base at least they handle the upkeep because Merlin in america i think says they're giving mana from avalon which is pretty asspull but whatever. When they're out on the field at least during during big fights they get external sources. All of which still absolutely tells us nothing what their actual capacity is. Tho i recall Jinako in OC3 saying they can handle 2-3 servants at most. Not mentioning how that depens on each servant consumption
Waver's crest is actually completely blank, Melvin revealed that in CF when talking about how Reines took it for collateral. The Velvets never added anything to it.
Plus Crests are different from magic circuits, which are the ones responsible for the magical output iirc.
Crests work same as magic circuits iirc..
