Only 8 people are in the Burial Agency.

The Burial Agency is the absolute top tier of the Executors, who usually gained their superior power by methods that make the rest of the Church see them as freaks who they don't want anywhere close to them. On the examples we know, Merem and Ciel are vampires, the person who may or may not be Caren is completely deformed from her contact with devils, and Narbareck is such a bloodthirsty asshole that every single one of her subordinates wants to kill her. Basically, they're the monsters the Church is keeping as their best weapon instead of killing.

It’s like the difference between the hunters of the mage association and the enforcers. The mook army (hunters) and the special organization of 30/9 people total that are the big names.

in the case of the Burial Agency it’s just whoever who is strong out in so they can punch vampires that servants would be scared of.

Although I guess 2 out of the 30 enforcers we know have a trump card (Bazett) or skills (forte) on their level.

If Roast beef is any indication knight captains are pretty cool too. Maybe they fill in the special recommendation slot of the burial agency sometimes.

I guess going by the 11th day, she was probably just hoping that using a Marble Phantasm would be enough to destroy him in a super-destructive way worse than the others 17 ones and erases him from the World.

Well Roa sorta fades with each time so she was just planning to do it enough times until you can’t really say anymore Roa really exists I guess.

The Jesuits used to be common villains in Japanese media, Gnecchi-Soldo Organtino in particular. IIRC, the accounts of Luis Frois are the only source we have for Oda Nobunaga calling himself the Demon King of the Sixth Heaven. I wouldn’t be surprised if we got a villainous Jesuit Servant eventually, but I doubt he’d be as villainous when summoned
