Well, with only FSN FHA and Zero in the fate branch, mind of steel doesnt mean anything to me yet, but at least it can be added to questions which will get answered/deepened eventually.

What is the reason Earth itself doesn't have a Type compared to the rest of the solar system?

Going by the Katatsuki Kouhon entry it's strictly a powerlevel thing, as the Alter-Ego of Earth needs to be able to contain the energy of a celestial body.
So without Crimson Moon the beings Earth created just weren't good enough. Which is kind of impressive given Earth can give birth to beings equal or stronger than the Greek Gods, but the answer is they just weren't good enough.

Some DAA are aliens and some unrelated to the planet so I imagine they just don't count.
It's also worth noting both Awakened Arc and Altrouge are already Ultimate Ones on paper. It's just neither one currently gets the title because there are "Two" of them and not "One".

However, until things are settled with Altrouge, a being 'that forms the celestial' on the same scale, she cannot be referred to as the 'ONE'.

I like the idea of the human race as a collective being Type-Earth even if Arc's FGO profile basically confirms it'd be either her or Altrouge if they didn't both exist at once. It also makes Notes a secret Type vs Type fight which is kino.

The idea of Olga being humanity's answer to Arcueid (albeit in incomplete form) is the coolest thing ever in my mind. I'll be sad when it doesn't happen.
