Something more mystical like orichalcum, often thought to have been a type of bronze? Or is it Mirror Moon that translated weirdly, and what the line says is making bronze heads out of magus?

I just took it to mean that the Einzbern grails are first rate(first place with a gold medal) and a normal magus is 3rd rate( 3rd place with a bronze medal) then again i dont know enough alchemy to consider it for references.

Not really. Had some knowledge about projection from kiritsugu's teachings and all of that, but only when he became aware of his specialization in swords he truly shines. He said in the final Battle of UBW something in that regard, just before the activation of the RM against Gilgamesh.

Its like, he can project some furniture and whatnot, It just doesn't have the "backup" of the reality marble and functions the same way if another magus pull off the trick.

I think it's more accurate to say she reverts to being Amaterasu. And Koyanskaya's goal is to get 9 tails but remain her own individual, I think?

Gold Grail: the core (Illya's heart) is in the correct homunculus body and connected to a high quality circuit. See Fate.
Bronze Grail: the grail core is removed by the correct body and put in a normal magus body. See UBW.
Black Grail: a heavily modified magus body, contaminated by Grail fragments, that become the physical host for Angra Mainyu. See Heaven's Feel.

It isn't Unlimited IKEA works. He can make stuff with regular projection, and then he can bring stuff into existence from his RM.

There's a reason he fails at basically all magic nine times out of ten in the Fate route, and then immediately succeeds the first time he tries to magic up a weapon.
