How are members of the Church expected to materialize their black keys, if having magic circuits is unusual for them?

I'd understand it if only those few members that can use magecraft like Ciel or Kirei would make use of them, but the Black Keys themselves are described as basic weapons for every agent of the church(though they're rarely used because of their difficulty in throwing them effectively).

He won the first and only HGW in FGO timelines, but I'm more interested in why you think that means waver either must've died or not partaken. He didn't win in Zero either, you know. He wasn't even close, and all things considered he likely didn't win in that apocrypha sub-war either.

In Apocrypha, he still managed to end up as Lord El-Melloi II, despite the 4th war never happening because he entered some knockoff war. It's almost like it a timelock or something. It probably managed to happen in FGO timeline somehow.

That's the simple answer, except Saber's supposed to be all but immune to magic. Remember, the body she has in Zero/SN is literally her normal body, not a Servant container.

He mentions to Solomon how he wants to spread the lie that the master of Saber won the war, and since talking to said master would easily debunk that, I'd imagine he did it since they were dead and couldn't refute it. It would be suspicious though that he's the only survivor if that's the case.

Honestly, if I was in her place, put in an arranged marriage for the sake of popping out a kid with some Hitler Youth-looking nerd, I'd probably snap and go for the pretty stranger with the spot too.

It doesn't seem be. She doesn't need to eat, she can't generate her own magical energy, and her stats fluctuate based on who she has as a Master. I think the only thing she can't do is go into spirit form?

This. It took the Love Spot's curse to get her to feel anything and "cure" her anhedonia. In our non-Moonlit World, she'd probably be diagnosed with Schizoid Personality Disorder or something similar that prevents her from feeling pleasure or pain.
