I was reading the translation of the dictionary from Tsukihime Data Collection on TMdict and noticed a few discrepancies:
1.In the VN it's said the other True Ancestors were killed by Roa after having his blood sucked by Arc but in the dictionary it's said they were killed by Arc after she went berserk after she drank Roa's blood.
2.In the VN it's said Shiki and Arihiko became friends during middle school but the dictionary says it was during elementary school(I noticed a similar problem with Miyako but one of the daily messages from Kagetsu Tohya explained this one).
Does anyone which ones are correct?
I remember Arc saying in the VN she went berserk and killed a lot of TAs though

Really? I can remember only 2 two times in the VN where this is mentioned (once in Arcueid route and other in Ciel route) and in both it's said Roa killed them:

What are the chances its just a roundabout way of pinning the fault for Arc's berserk slaughter on Roa's action?
Or maybe Arc went berserk after Roa and Roa just placed as many TA's between him and Arc as possible. With the TA's dying trying to calm down their masterpiece.

In Ciel's route you never find out that Roa was directly turned into a DA by Arcueid IIRC so the narrative makes it suggest that she did the killing herself instead of Roa being the one doing it on her behalf. Not sure where the source for the contradicting statements come from then.

But these lines are from Arcueid's route not Ciel's, they are kinda roundabout probably to not spoil that was Arc who turned Roa into a Dead Apostle which is revealed in the end of the route. Also in her route Ciel reveals quite early that was Arcued who turned Roa into a DA. The contradition is from this line from the Tsukihime Dokuhon which says:
However, when Roa tricked her into drinking his blood, she went berserk and wiped out most of the few remaining True Ancestors

How did Touko managed to revive the descipline of Puppetering Magecraft? Did she discover a "new" Mystery associated with the human body?
Pretty sure she's just that damn good.

Well, the part is most definitely not present in the current version of her profile and that's all I can say for sure.
I couldn't find any source online containing the previous version and the only thing I could find even acknowledging that the change existed was one random tweet.
