Whatever this means. For a secondary note:

A: King Arthur's goin' to Avalon. Among the English, King Arthur's still a person of the present. After all, she's the "future King who will be back".

Q: Even in Rin’s route, Saber voluntarily destroyed the Holy Grail. Did this time also break her contract with the World, and make it impossible for her to exist as a Heroic Spirit?
A: It was a flawed Grail, so you could say it was halfway done. Since Saber reconsidered her life and found her own path... this time, perhaps she could become a Heroic Spirit on her own.

I always thought of her more like the Fayth from FFX. She's a ghost that exists as a body for someone dreaming.

She seems to know who Archer is in FGO, so I always assumed she was post-UBW Artoria who became a proper Heroic Spirit.

On several occasions I've seen people talk about how Chaldea summoned Anastasia canonically before Lostbelt 1. Can anyone confirm that?

I know she's showed up in events that seem to take place before the events of Part 2, but there's a bunch of other factors that make placing those in the timeline difficult. I've seen some speculation that it's an alternate timeline situation where those events occur instead of the lostbelts, but I'm not sure about the veracity of those claims either. I think her interlude might also contribute to that idea?

The fact that nobody in Chaldea recognizes her during the Part 2 prologue and LB1 would contradict this, but that could also just be a main story/event divide or just sloppy writing.

Does she appear in anything besides hawaii summer? Because why that would not be a continuity problem should be pretty obvious.

I know she's in the Sparrow's Inn event, but that takes place well into Part 2, so it's not relevant to this topic.

Hmm. I guess I can't really think of any others off the top of my head. Seems like I remembered her being in more than she actually has been.

Apparently that was Aksys having a translation fail. Which is kinda disappointing, because I love the idea of Saber having to deal with Drake for centuries as that one roomate while she waits for Shirou to show up.

Something like, both Arthur and Drake will return (from Avalon and from the sea) to promise victory to Britain

Some thoughts to add. There are several accounts that give Fionn a definitive end. Most of them involve someone named Aiclech mac Dubdrenn beheading him in battle, but one account has Fionn killing himself. In that account, Fionn tried jumping across the River Boyne, but failed and ended up banging his head on a rock, after which he fell into the river and drowned. There's a slightly different version where Fionn hitting his head on the rock is what killed him and his body was washed away by the river. Either way, Aiclech later found his body and beheaded him. There are people and creatures that can survive in Irish mythology (and other Celtic mythologies) after their heads have been cut off, but Fionn wasn't one of them. And, at least from what I can tell, there don't appear to be any 'going away to Avalon' equivalents for Fionn among these accounts.

All that said, the myth of Fionn and his Fianna waiting to return is pretty popular, so it's really bizarre for Type-Moon to not use it.

Both are said to dwell in Avalon and "across the ocean", the city of the dead, and will eventually return to lead England to true glory.

This is also the reason why El Draque (Francis Drake) was sometimes equated with the Once and Future King of England, King Arthur.
Namely because they are those who return from the realm of the dead (Avalon, far across the sea) with promised victory for Britain.
It's not really wrong, per se. It's just that the way it's written in EXTRA I think it's easy to read it as "they are both in avalon, and are also both across the sea", whereas the parenthesis in the JP there is just meant to be a list of their respective places, sort of like how when you read news headlines they always omit conjunctions and just list stuff using commas and you just kinda need to understand what is referring to what.

Honestly, with all the "once and future hero" legends throughout the world, Avalon must be a crowded place.
    My fanfics:
The Gift (F/SN): The last duel between Cú Chulainn and Scáthach.
Passion Acknowledged (F/SN): Shinji X Shirou lemon
He Was a Good King (F/SN): Was Beowulf a good king?
A Fairy Tale of Love and Death (F/SN): A meeting between Scáthach and King Hassan.
Palingenetic Descension (Tsukihime): The origin of the Tohno family's hybrid nature.
