Is Amakusa's sliding the same thing as Archi's?
Archie got his from velber while it doesn't say how amakusa got his

Why are RMs considered forbidden research in the MA? And why would an RM user be Seal Designated (or is that fanon?)
I mean RMs don't seem to offer any real help in reaching Akasha.
Or is it the fear that they can be researched to help create better concealing bounded fields that prevent both the World & other magi/the Association from prying into a concealing magus's research?
considering what sealing designation is
probably preserving unique (?)magic
since RM is unique enough by itself, not to mention each person's RM is even more unique

Imagine you're a business that builds its entire company on systematically obeying the rules and letting the work of all your predecessors do the heavy lifting for you.
Now imagine some brat comes in with brilliant ideas that would be beneficial to your company, but they break every rule and ignore everything from their predecessors. Justifiably, you'd want to try to harness their brilliant ideas while also making them fall in line and making sure others don't just start breaking all the rules and ignoring previous work just because they saw that one guy do it.

I don't think an explicit reason has been given, but a few guesses I think are likely:
- it was formerly a worldview peculiar to demons/devils
- it's considered a form of magic closest to Sorcery
- As an act which destroys (a portion of) the world, it invites Counter Force intervention, which you touched on

The Root is everything. It is all things. So, in all things, you have an inherent connection to the Root. So you take one thing and you delve so deep into it that you reach its origins. That's what magecraft is.
So, you wanna get to the Root by way of studying the origin to the concept of a sword? Swordy McSwordboy's Sword Spell of Infinite Swords is gonna be a lot further along that path than going to a museum to look at a couple.

Incidentally this metaphor also works pretty well since delving too deeply sometimes wakes up balrogs

They were originally martial artists anyways, weren't they?
anyway, got a question. Playin the GO Zero event in english. Who or what are the Trambelios? Trembelios? I might have misspelled it, but it seems they're some faction in the Clock Tower that oppose the El Melloi, do we have more data on them, or is that just a throw away reference in the event?
You learn about them in Case Files.
