Other than Ea I can't think of a single NP that has a "can only be equipped by X" restriction.
Now if you actually wanted to activate its special attack then all of them since the attack is a representation of the Heroic Spirit's feats.
To release the true name, you need to be the user.
So, can you buy your way into becoming a magus? I believe I saw in one of the other threads that Atomic Gatorade's family did so?

Would Crest Worms work on someone who doesn't have circuits in the first place (aka Shinji)?

The Fuyuki Grail system was set up in the 19th century, right? And the Throne of Heroes is outside time or something? So would it be possible to summon Spirits like Li Shuwen or Mata Hari before they were born?
