I'm not sure why, but I suddenly have the urge to write that ShirouxVita lemon snippet I mentioned before...That, and a tearjerker for the MSLD thread.

    Strange.

    And it is awesome.
Then Hayate notices and makes Signum & Rin cosplay as each other.
Naturally, the embarrassment leads to additional dere.

BWAHHAHA, what has been seen cannot be unseen! And I'll leave you with this snippet....

Shirou Emiya was sure that he was in some weird alternate world, because the two most stable females in his life seem to be losing it.

First, Signum of all people was offering to cook breakfast then Rin was offering to let him read through her school notes for free.
One must know two things: Signum has never been seen cooking and Rin never offers anything for free.
He should have known something was weird from that moment and commented about it, but he was simply not paying attention enough to notice.

Secondly, both Signum and Rin were bumping into him either round school or around town. That wasn't anything strange, but the fact that they kept pretending not to know who he was even when he had bumped into them for the fifth time. It was stranger for Signum to be constantly falling and knocking him over, wasn't she supposed to be a Wolkenritter, one of the most feared fighters in history?

Well after a series of bizarre incidents that not only looked set up but appeared to be from various dating games or even the occasional eroge, Shirou was confused.
Which made the fact that both of them was casually dressed, with aprons worn over what they were wearing when he got home even more jarring.
...Shirou didn't even know that Signum had casual clothes until then.
"I've cooked you some dinner, Shirou." Both of them said at exactly the same time, causing them to look at each other with slight hints of rage.
"You two made me dinner? Why?" It wasn't that he was asking why someone made him dinner, he was asking why the two of them made him seemingly two different dinners.
Both of them went pink, fidgeted with the hems of the aprons and looked away not just from him but from each other.
"I-It's not l-like I l-like you or a-anything! Stupid Shirou!" Both of them yelled, Rin running for the front door whilst Signum ran further into the house. He heard the front door open and then slam.
Shirou rubbed the back of his head.
"Just what has gotten into those two? What on Earth....."

Ah, the trails of a distorted male lead in visual novel......

I'm not sure about the lemon (you need skill for those, but if you feel you can do it, then have a go at it), but drama snippets are good.

    Spoiler:
There is a need to preserve tension in battle scenes. Therefore, if the protagonist is strong, show battles from his foes' perspective.
There is a need to pull reader in with emotional scenes. Therefore, when creating one, write it as if you were describing a painting.
There is a need to give your reader relief with comedic scenes. Therefore, you need them short, and cut off from the drama.
There is a need to create suspense with drama scenes. Therefore, show the thoughts of your characters, make readers relate to their problems.

And there is a need for you in all of your scenes.

Please note the keywords: "proper" and "almost". Bad storytelling mixed with nonsensical couplings are the drunk-driving of literature."

I did. That's why I wrote that instead of discouraging it. Because every lemon is slightly different, and being able to write lemons with characters 'A' and 'B' doesn't necessarily mean one is able to write lemons with characters 'A' and 'C', or 'C' and 'D'.
You know, individual approach to emotions of every pair, and stuff like that.

I guess fluff is better than drama at pulling one's heart. So we need more fluff now...

And my avatar, well... It's a character from an eroge (with an actual story better than what half the anime have these days, though actual h-scenes are pain in the behind as you can't really turn them off). And her name is Mikan.
But pixel art is fun, and the character is fun, so I can't really complain.

That explains much. And I guess she's my favourite character there, too (normally I'm more of a cat person, but cats can't win against Mikan and her box).

Lol, MOE overdose...and the one cat in there is nothing to scoff at either...but she's got nothing on Mikan...

Hmm...when you mentioned the box I for some reason got an image of Vita crawling into a small container...it is a rather adorable image.

I agree. Small girls and containers somehow make a perfect combination.

But I never wrote loli though.....

I had this idea of a [day]/[night] fic. with Vita acting her childish persona during the day ( the sick kid and/ or the iron knight) while during the night she acts on her more primitive impulses. starting with stealing a kiss from a sleeping shota-shirou to plainly experimenting and even going beyond as Shirou grows up.

In the beginning there isn't a big difference, but soon she and young-Shirou get closer, but as time progresses the two sides of Vita start to drift apart even stronger.during the day she (secretly) doesn't mind if anyone rubs her hair as if she's a little kid, nor when taiga wants to play wit her but during the night she acts far more mature and demanding of Shirou, both mentally and-----

cue mindtwist as Vita and Shirou eventually tries to figure out which vita is the real one.

Who Knows? Reinforce made them do it?

But hey, there's loli so who needs a mindfuck plot anyway?

I request mindfuck plot. There are very few who can pull off a good mindfuck plot. Fraggle, I believe you belong in those few.

Do please make it so Number One.

I agree with them, fraggle. Existence of actual plot is vital for lemons, because we won't have time to feel emotional if we are thinking "how the eff did that happen?".
