She also made Black Barrel, remade SHEBA and provided Chaldea with a new base for a while. She's "useful", in that sense, but she's little more than a plot device rather than a character.

But now seriously about Jeanne, I'm fully expecting her to be a support that is basically an upgrade of what normal Jeanne is. Fully expecting her to have AoE Anti-Purge for one turn for example.

I'm genuinely expecting (well, more hoping) her to be the exact opposite of normal Jeanne, so an offensive Servant. Though, her being a support would probably be more useful.
