Is it just me or is Extra Vlad like, 1 NP Upgrade from being really good?
He's basically a Buster Lancer Astraea. He has 1000 less attack and none of her crit or refund potential, but he has better NP buffs (3T 20% Attack/Buster/NP UP + potential defense down from taunt + on-taking-attack vs. 3T 20% attack up + 1T 30% Arts up) and defensive goodies from protection of the faith (3T 100% Debuff resistance and 1T 40% defense up). Plus his skills are all 5T cooldown so double Koyan + append lets him double-dip immediately...

Huh, neat. I (somehow) don't have him, so I've never messed around with him. I've also not heard anyone talk that much about him, gameplay-wise before, but it's neat to know that he might actually be pretty good.

More than their skills, I'm more concerned with how they still look so goofy. EXTRA Vlad always looked sort of weird, and Apocrypha Vlad looks like he has an oversized head. Granted, I'm pretty sure most Year 1-2 Servants have disproportionate head/body ratios, but Apocrypha Vlad always stood out to me for some reason.

I accidentally pulled Vlad 3 Extra (Lancer), before (i don't remember if that came from Rasputin or Nitocris Alter banner, though).
But i planned to give priority to Percival and Parvati, as 4star lancers... Is he good? Shall i raise him first, before the other two?
Since this game is mostly about farming, Percival or Parvati > Vlad
if you really need single target lancer then pick Vlad

I just realized that the Recommended Support selection was permanently extended with each set of recollection quests instead of temporarily. What are some good fights to offer support for? I already picked LB3 Li to show off my Xuanzang and Camazotz for Ciel to slaughter a filthy bloodsucker.

From my experience, I prefer to grab a completely maxed out DPS because if I need a support I can easily find one in the normal list, what I usually lack is enough firepower to clear the quests fast and that is sometimes hard to find with the right CE.
And by maxed out I mean NP5, Level 120, skills and appends at 10 and even Class Score.
Can senpais please help me overcome a small dilemma? I have some servant coins and steadily raise bonds, but i cannot decide individually, what to do with them. Should i grail, or open up more append skills?
The characters in question are: Vlad Berserker, Tamamo Caster, Nitocris alter
The certain thing is i am not a "whaler" (i don't pay, i play free), so i will never have enough coins for either max grailing (120 lvl), or opening up the new append skills (of 120 lvl). Best course of action with limited resources?
Go for Mana Loading and don't think about grailing past 100.
Even then, unless you really like a Servant, don't grail them to begin with.
For Nito Alter, hold out for now because she doesn’t need Mana Loading.
Vlad I'd say to go for his append battery. Tamamo largely doesn't matter much since you likely won't use her in the active party for more than a turn anyway, though if you do then either the append battery or the skill cd reduction. Nitocris Alter really doesn't matter so do whatever you want there, I guess append battery if you can think of some weird setup that needs her to NP twice but save her battery for later.
The servants tagged as "Limited Time", how do they function exactly? Do they disappear later? Is there a way to make them "permanent"? What are their restrictions?
Sorry for asking, but i am seeing a couple of banners, the servants in which i want... So, i had to ask in advance.
Limited time servants are servants that can only be acquired during the specific banners they are on rate-up. Other than this, it is impossible to get your hands on them, so if there's an already released limited you want, hope lsg feels like giving them a rate-up.
Permanent servants can be aquired at any time. Most of the time this will manifest as a spook. (There's a 1% chance of pulling an SSR in the gacha, once you hit that 1% you get another check and have an 80% chance of getting the rate-up SSR, and 20% chance of getting a random permanent SSR, pulling a permanent out of that 20% is called getting spooked)
Story-locked servants can be acquired either through rate-up banners or in the story banner once you complete their respective chapter. Though keep in mind as far as I'm aware the story banner hasn't received any rate-ups, so don't count on your chances of pulling them.
That's it, there's no other difference when it comes to the gameplay side of things.
EDIT: To add a bit more clarity in answer to your questions:
Limited SSRs don't disappear, you get them and they're yours.
The "Limited Time", "Permanent", and "Story-Locked" tags are only there to describe their availability in the gacha.

How rare is it, to get a 5 star servant's 2x copies, in the same Saint Quartz (30 quartz, 11 pulls) roll?
Also, why is Salieri, a silver color servant, deemed one of the best in the avenger class? Is he powerful, does he have a niche strategy, or something else?

I read in the wiki that there is a category of quests, named "hunting quests", that supposedly are for farming materials. Since i am always in need for them, i tried to locate those quests to play some, but i failed.
Where are they and how one initiates them?
They are sort of like events, only available for a limited time. Usually there will be a hunting quest campaign with one different map with special drop rates for certain mats per day, for a week. So you get one day to farm each special node.
