What does it imply that an Evil Spirit of Lilith's caliber is the opposite of a Great Mother (I assume A-Rays)?

Is this great mother related to Avicebron (Or Adam, more accurately) since it's mentioned in the NP chant of his?

Maybe, it could also be referring to Eve. Great Mother is a class of fairies born in the Inner Sea of the Planet as the bunrei of the Earth's soul, like Arcueid and Morgan.

It's a probably reference to the traditional tool of circumcision in the Bible, the flint knife. In Jewish lore, newborns are seen to be vulnerable to Lilith's influence and wrath until they're circumcised.
