I really wish Saber Medusa released with OC1 so he could have been on her banner. He has such a great design.
I mean, he'll be on her banner early next year. Which I'm hoping I'll be able to afford rolling on.
I definitely don’t like Duryodhana enough to put off rolling for Saberdusa, especially when that banner is so close to OC2 or the Mahoyo collab. Gonna be a rough enough time of year.
Anyway, speaking of cute, which of the Rani series do you guys like the most? They all have such adorable designs. I like the transport ones the best myself.

3 chapters in so far, so far it's mostly been set up for the unusual situation but it has been straight forward for the most part.
Ayus is cute and plays off unabashed scumbag Duryo whose audacity is even more amazing in story context, even Jason was never this smarmy. I could live without him leering at every female character we meet though.
I have neutral feelings towards Sion and Kama but their okay companions. Ik not sure how I feel about the whole shady purple haired loli fights thing they have going on though
More so than any other thing outside of a Collab, it feels like every moment is going "Hey, remember this?!!!!!" which isn't like....the worst thing ever and it does make sense with this setting being data but it's hard to ignore so much of it in such a brief timespan
The Ranis are funny.
That being said it's very weird they didn't make her playable with this chapter.
I don't how many Ranimillions a Rani servant would make, but I would definitely roll for her. (yes yes, we have Chen Gong I know, it's different).
And it is complete bias, but enjoying Kama here for now. In a setting where most people are proactive, it is always fun to see some lazy folk around.
Chapters 4-6
Oh my God, how has it been 6 chapters and we've had to fight team caster and ONLY team caster NINE FUCKING TIMES. And it's not even over, rips hair out. I'd forgive it if they were at least a bit interesting but they're not.
Between the fact that only the Build Rani's are scantily clad when no other one but Rani prime is, and the pussy Kraken, I think I understand what Minase is trying to convey with team Caster and I don't think I like it
It's kind of amazing that Duryo sucks so much (affectionate) that even in his own retelling of his past he looks like the bad guy.
Sakura and Medusa doing as Sakura and Medusa does. I don't dislike their team but I also don't have much more to say besides "Yeah, that's Sakura and Medusa"
I don't think I like Gao's characterisation, I know it's by design by he's a character I like and they basically sanded out everything interesting about him so he can constantly repeat how boring he is now.
Bhima being so cooking focused that he's completely casual even as he abandons others to deal with dicey situation and murdering Zouken in a sneak attack is kinda amazing. His master is more cowardly than I expected.
Guda we get it, you don't have to flashback to Gilles murdering Ranis as we watch him murder even more Ranis.
Sion and Kama both being able to recognise the other has been twisted and being wary as a result but not themselves is pretty neat writing honestly. Guda should probably have more input over the fact that both their servants are obviously fighting but maybe whatever twisted them also made them more of a doormat.

It's Sakura and Medusa but without what made their dynamic interesting. In fact, it's Sakura with all the interesting parts removed which sucks in a major way.
It is definitely a chapter that exists. It's not as bad as I expected it to be but I wouldn't call it good either.

The T-types have an amusing personality, which is more than can be said for most versions of Rani.
I'm enjoying Duryo and Ayus a lot at least.
Im on chapter 3. Im not sure what to make up of this so far. Its infodumps and i wont say its the boring type but i just cant seem to process the information. It just comes in one ear then out the other
As a Sakura/ medusa and Indian lore fan , I remember i enjoyed the chapter a Lot. Can't believe it's been two years
