LEOPARDBEAR IS CO-GM, SO SHIT IS REAL GAIZ.
Neither GM is a total 40k nerd, so don't nitpick over canon.
Premise: Individual histories. Game will take place on an Imperial World at the fringe of Imperial space.
GMPC: Inquisitor Ryotarou Dojima. Ordo Malleus.
You'll start out weak. You'll get stronger. Questions?
Character Creation:
Available races for creation atm: Ork, Eldar, Terran (including subgroups), Chaos (maybe, you'd have to be AWESOME), Dark Eldar, or really, you can propose anything.
STATS: (some taken from Necromunda rules) YOU HAVE 23 STAT POINTS TO DISTRIBUTE. Stat maximum is 5 for any given stat for character creation. When you submit your stats to me, your stats will be altered by racial bonuses.
Weapon Skill (WS): Weapon Skill is a measure of close combat ability – how good the person is at hand-to-hand fighting. WS also effects draw and ready speed. Weapon skill also effects how well you fight in melee with a gun. An average value is 3.
Ballistic Skill (BS): Ballistic Skill shows how good a shot the individual is. When you shoot a gun the chance of hitting a target depends upon your Ballistic Skill. An average score is 3. BS also affects draw and aim speed.
Strength (S): Strength simply shows how strong a person is! Strength is especially important when you fight hand-to-hand combat because the stronger you are the harder you can hit or thrust. Strength will also affect weapon usage based on size/weight/etc. A Strength value of 3 is about average.
Toughness (T): Toughness is a measure of how easily an individual can withstand a hit from a weapon or a blow from a club, hand weapon or fist. The tougher you are the harder you are to wound or kill. An average value is 3.
Agility (A): Agility measures how fast an individual can move and their ability to dodge. Also affects your ability to maneuver the environment. AKA, climbing walls, jumping, rolling, etc. Armor and injuries will affect this value. An average value is 3.
Psychic Power (P): Psychic Power measures how powerful one's psychic abilities/attacks are. Being particularly skilled in a particular attack or ability requires specialization. Psychic Power also plays a roll in your damage resistance and ability to withstand psychic attacks and abilities. An average value is 0.
Willpower (W): Willpower is a measure of your psychic 'stamina'. Different uses of psychic power will use different amounts of Willpower. Willpower also factors into your ability to resist psychic abilities and attacks. An average value is 1.
PERKS ARE AVAILABLE. You have 5 Perk points. You ask me for a perk, I tell you how much it costs. IT IS ARBITRARY. Perks can be abilities, stats, history, connections, weapons, etc. BE CREATIVE, FUCKERS. Additional perk points will generally only be given out in exchange for sexual favors or doing something particularly awesome IC.
Stats or equipment will be granted as spoils of war. It's also possible you won't get ANYTHING from fights. Weapons and other equipment will also be available through other means in the RP.

Some of the listed weapons are not available, some will become available later. Advanced weapons can be acquired through perk points.
The badass melee weapons? Yeah, don't expect to be able to get those. As you progress through the story, advanced weapons will cost fewer perk points.
WEAPONS CAN MALFUNCTION, JAM, OVERHEAT, AND EXPLODE. CHOOSE WISELY.
Also, I'm considering adding a luck stat for every character.
