BEHOLD! THE SIG OF GOLDEN TRUTH! Pillaged from McJon, Tsukikan et al.
So, anyone here think the multitude of seiba characters in GO dilutes the magic a bit?
Get on with it, I might have better things to do.

ah, dammit....
I find looking at the different aspects of her personality (barring the Summer Servants, at least) interesting - also how much of Arturia remains recognisably herself throughout the changes to her history (Lancer, Caster). Honestly, if I have a complaint about the sheer volume of her variants, it's how undeveloped some of them are; for example, bits of Lancer Arturia Alter's dialogue and Bond info imply that she only reigned as king for a decade, which makes it far less than our King of Knights - how different and difficult was her reign, that Camelot fell so quickly? More than that, she supposedly managed to summon the cursed mud of the Fuyuki Grail in a desperate bid to not become Goddess Rhongomyniad, according to her backstory - despite that not remotely existing in her time period, or possibly her worldline at all . . .
I would love to know how she pulled that off - what drove her to think that that was a better alternative - and yet, she remains an enigma to this day.

"Evil isn't the real threat to the world. Stupid is just as destructive as Evil, maybe more so, and it's a hell of a lot more common. What we really need is a crusade against Stupid. That might actually make a difference."
―Jim Butcher, Vignette
I don't even see them as Saber at all. The amount of alternatives actually helps with that.
In FSN, Saber had an ephemerality to her that is just that unique. These Artorias are the complete opposite.
No matter how many Artorias they write, in my mind, Saber started and ended with Stay Night.
