Per the official products page, the Aniplex+ pre-order comes with a special production booklet while the Toranana, softmap and Animate versions come with B2 tapestries featuring original artwork (assumingly not used in the game or as promotional material). I was considering also ordering from Rakuten Books for the pin/badges but figured it wasn't worth it and I can probably get them off Mandarake/Suruga-ya later if I ended up wanting them. The other pre-order bonuses, on the other hand, just don't seem worth it at all: the other tapestries/posters just feature the box artworks (not unique at all) and the smartphone wallpapers you'll probably end up being able to find downloads for somewhere on the internet later in the future anyway.
The total bill after proxy fees and shipping should be around $500 or so (but might end up being more if there are still shipping restrictions from Japan by August and DHL shipping prices end up being ridiculously expensive). If I had ordered all 14, it probably would have cost around $1500. Affordable, but not sure what I'd do with that many extra copies... I like Tsukihime, but not that much xD
