I agree, but I do get the feeling that a lot of people were put off by an infamous serial killer of prostitutes being depicted as a young girl with skimpy clothes.
I'm not because it is quite interesting and I never had a problem with her beyond "I have no idea why she is dressed that way". I literally assumed we would see any other Servant other than Frankenstein and that monk guy I can't remember, before Jack the Ripper.

Well, it is fanservice. But aside from this I never bashed Jackie. I always said that her background is well done, and the design is the only thing I'd change about her.
