STR: A (Shaka doesn't show it much, but thanks to the Cosmo Saints are pretty strong)
END: C (It was said repeatedly that save for the Cloth Saints weren't more durable than a really trained human)

MGI: A++ (If the Cosmo is translated as magic, Gold Saints should have a pretty high stat)
LCK: D (Not particularly lucky or unlucky, I think)

After having absorved the might of a Cruxis Crystal, the Angelus project is even stronger than a Cruxis Crystal.
Enhance all parameters by a rank, the regeneration and magic resistance, grants Clairvoyance(E), a pair of wings that can be summoned at will, and a series of Skills, depending of the configuration of the Exphere and the exgems.

Well, I didn't play Symphonia so I don't know his feats but:

You used a little too much "+"-es here. To break it down:
- How much that sword was considered unbreakable? I mean feats of it never breaking. Diarmuid who had B rank strength could snap his Noble Phantasm in two with ease.
- B+ endurance? Archer was literally skewered by Gil yet and survived for a late payback. Yet he was just C rank in endurance. Is he kind of like Shirou who cannot be put down for good?

-A+ Agility? So he's at the same level as Assassin? That sounds fishy, really.

This Noble Phantasm should be at least Anti-Army, if not outright an Anti-Fortress in category. Also you should just put it under the Material Blades as a special skill. Just like Excalibur and Excaliblast aren't two different NPs.

Lloyd have skills to protect and reduce magic damage by about 90% so MR rank B is well earned, and he has very good instincts, bordering, sometimes, the precog. Though battle continuation may be a bit too high. I would set it at C at most (he is a determinator, just not that determinator, and he can survive killing blows from time to time)

Falcon Crest should be, if anything, under the Eternal Sword, as it is a technique created when he joins the Material blades and forms the Eternal Sword to attack his enemies (in game battle) But seeing how he can use it, (or at least a variant) in Dawn of a new world, where he doesn't have neither the Material Blades nor the Eternal Sword, and that Abbyssion can use it with the Nebilim blades I'll say its a technique that doesn't depend on the Material Blades.

Besides that, I would lower Lloyd's charisma to C+ or B at most. He is charismatic, but not that charismatic.

And I would add another NP:

Besides being known as the strongest warrior of the Daevas in his time, I don't know enough (I have to finish Innocence one of this days), but I'll say that his agi is a bit too high (Lloyd is way more quick and has more finesse than him, and at least as skillful).

About his Strength... He is strong, but I don't think he is stronger than Herc. Again, I can't say it for sure (the matter about Agi I can, as at the beggining you can use him, and comparing him with Lloyd, the later is more graceful and quick)

I mentioned combining the Material Blade with the Falcon Crest and reclassiying it to anti-fortress Noble Phantasm. Leveling everything in 400 meter radius is pretty much that category.

Also, most of Asras's feats are shown on the flashbacks near end-game and he's shown to be pretty strong. I didn't notice I posted STR as EX, though....I thought I had put it as A. Damn it Ryougi, stop haunting me! D:

And....Gilgamesh's swords had a concept of not being broken since when...? At least I don't think I remember anything like that.

EDIT: Random MSN comment about Asras, his soldiers were really useless so he soloed most of the wars along with Virtra/Hermana? Something like that? Just something someone else remembers hearing about.

Noble Phantasms are divine or demonic weapons with ridiculous strudiness. The description of Prana Burst said that any normal weapon would break under Saber's enhanced strength. Yet Noble Phantasms can withstand it with ease. (Oh well, even Sasaki's non-NP sword by the way. But he's just that good, I guess...)

Also, all this reminds me of the one thing I thought was awesome about him: His RAAAAAAAAAAEGGGGGG at being betrayed by his own lover, and stabbed with his own sword who was also collaborating with his own lover to kill him, somehow made a really fucking uber monster that managed to form an organization and Xanatos everyone.

I always though his power was more controlled combustion than pyrokinesis. He's sort of like a living jet engine that can only fire in short bursts.
