Eh. There's teasing mocking and there's cruel mocking. I'm sure Shirō knows the difference. I mean, even when my friends are saying what seems to be quite nasty things to me, I can go right back at them ("Well you're going to end up with a broken back some day, carrying those around."), and the fact that we're being so over-the-top and persistent about it - and I can definitely see this being an on-going thing on Sakura's part, to tease him - just reaffirms that we're joking.
