IIRC, Depletion Garden only affects at the prana in the air. So it won't do anything against the Servants, except maybe Caster and her spells.

Depends. It might seal their ability to employ certain skills and Noble Phantasms, so it could be fairly nasty. Then again, lolmeltyblood.

i think it would affect only servants without manapool or something like that... PERHAPS the magic flux outside the servant, as Ergast said, spells with "travel time".

i only know that she doesn't have STR too low, AGi seems to be high, as her punch was at bullet speed, perhaps her MAG is somewhat high, because of her high quality magic circuits and END can't be well described as the only attack she got was a fatal one from shiki. her luck i think is very low.

depletion garden can be not effective against someone with large amounts of mana, but remember that actual mages in nasuverse uses a lot the energy from the ambient because of their common lack of high amouts of mana.

remember the protagonists of fate/tsukihime are already epic levels... common mages have few circuits... almost 20, sometimes.

Shirou in FSN doesn't have any control or real development of his circuits. The most he manages is to awaken all of them at the end of UBW. Once he trains the circuits and have enough time to store prana, he would have a larger reserve that most magi.

The average magus of the Clock Tower has about 20 circuits, and the magi of the Clock Tower are regarded as the elite of the magi.

but i do know that, actually, magus uses a lot of the energy of the surroundings because of their lack of "magic points" (lololo)

IN THAT CASE i THINK depletion garden would impose an effect, even if it's not awesome as UBW.

but i would love to see the sacchin route, where she's awakened.
