Well, you got me there. Kojirou isn't a tsundere either. Maybe. At least if it wasn't for the fact that she liked to compare Saber to a bird and flirted with her at that point or something. Until he learned that she is more of a cat's person.
Gil is still tsundere, though. He likes all the creation, but is disgusted with how it ended, that's why he goes all tsun tsun and tries to cut what isn't strong enough.

I'd say Lancer isn't tsundere. He's pretty honest about what he wants and how he feels.
....I just had a terrible thought. Lancer may be the single most well-adjusted FSN character that's not one of the blink-and-you'll-miss-them school characters. He knows what he wants, he puts up with most shit even when it doesn't go his way, and he isn't in denial about a damn thing.
I think the closest he might come is when he makes a last stand at Gilgamesh and tells Saber he isn't doing it for her.
Sounds tsundere, but honestly, I believe him when he says it. He doesn't really like Saber all that much to begin with in that route IIRC, or Shirou. Lancer strikes me as a man completely at peace with who he is. Maybe not happy with all he's done, maybe he's got regrets, but he's got his own measure. If he met a copy of him the two would be the best of friends.

Ten years after the fifth grail war, Shirou goes with Rin, Saber and El-melloi II to dismantle the holy grail and end the grail wars for good, however Zouken and a Dark Sakura driven insane by years of abuse plus having her Cush stolen by her sister Rin stand in their way. Then in a desperate bid to achieve immortality Zouken tries to activate the greater grail ritual using the prana his puppet Sakura stole from devouring the teams of enforcers Waver brought with him, however this proves to be a mistake as the grail ends up opening a gateway to the boundary instead, dragging both Shirou and Sakura into the void.
Shirou having Avalon inside of him manages to survive in the boundary for a while before he is regurgitated on the burning fields of Ikaruga 5 years before the events of Blazblue Calamity Trigger.
There he discovers a young girl with blonde hair and green eyes that remind him of Saber walking amongst the flames, seeing his own experience with the great Futuki fire flash before his eyes, he picks the girl up and uses the last bits of Sabers prana left inside Avalon to heal the girl of her wounds, just like his father did for him all those years ago.
he then takes the girl to the nearest refugee camp to get treated and waits for her to recover.
as you can see in my idea, Shirou's actions cause Noel Vermillion from Blazblue to develop the same element and origin as Shirou, and perhaps a reality marble of her own in the process, how will this development effect the events of a Blazblue?
This sounds a lot like Golden Lark's setup in Skipping the Steps.

Well, he was able to survive being engulfed by Angra Mainyu so if it's Shirou at least there's some precedent.
He never sleeps. He never dies.

Can't exactly physically step out of the boundary to avoid having to deal with the actual things it does.

I think the writers were on drugs when they wrote her scenario or something. Jumping into a random cauldron brings you into another timeline entirely? Why?
IOW: I dunno, I can't figure out what the fuck happened in that scenario.

I still don't get that scenario because she winds up during Calamity Trigger but it's like Relius and Terumi remember all of the timeloops.

I honestly think we're better of ignoring it because it's not like anything came out of it and for some reason it's completely different than any other time someone ends up in the Boundary.
Aside from Hazama being even more hilarious than usual. I guess we can accept that that happened.

The Boundary is still mysterious so who knows how it works. I just treat it as the BlazBlue version of the Root.

The Boundary is outside of all timelines where dead timelines end up. I think? I seem to recall that.
The Azure is at the center of the Boundary, the logic of the world, original power of creation and destruction.
Edit: Oh the Azure is also a central part of the setting but you're only told what it actually is in the (japanese) lyrics of one song that plays once in the first game.
And apparently also in the library mode for the third game, that wasn't translated into English.

Um, when I replayed through Noel's story in CS,Spoiler:
could it be they are one and the same?
The 'girl' is (probably) Master Unit Amaterasu.
The first Prime Field obtained the Azure the same way Noel did.
