Characters yelling references to Japanese history and old manga is pretty much the Himuten manga experience.
Oh man I was hoping to see Gideon Mantell in this special when they started showing the contest servants! It's a shame he didn't appear but the special was a treat nonetheless.
I wonder if we'll ever get some of these in GO? The pseudo-servant Homurahara trio at least seems like prime material for event bronze servants like Bunyan. I need Nietzsche Yukika in Grand Order, I want to see her interact with Kojiro again!
The tanned Vietnamese Saberface feels like the obvious candidate for "would likely get actual otakubux if added to FGO for real".
This would be the only female servant I would burn immediately if I rolled her.

Aside from being niche, it's filled to the brim with memes and references, so I think it's quite the hurdle to properly translate it.

Well not slow just not crazy fast
Every chapter has like three pages of tl notes covering all the pop-culture references so it's no surprise they can't pump them out.
From what I remember the author never really gave a C&D, he just said that, despite not being able to endorse something unofficial, he found it suprising that a fan was putting in the work that comes with translating a reference-heavy manga.
