One last thing… should I get out of the habit of teleporting everywhere? Should I be conscious of my gil-spending?

You can get aetherite tickets which allow you to tp for free for Allied Seals and other Hunt currencies so I'd recommend that. From my experience you only drain a lot of gil on tp if you gather but it builds up over time anyway. It's always good to save up gil.

As for long dungeon q times I could help out sometimes if you are on Chaos or Light DC

The Heaven of Water in the raid is so pretty, I really want them to expand dungeons' explorer mode to raids too.

…and that’s the end of ARR. I must say, that 40 minutes of cutscenes was quite long… but at least the story was good. My only issue with it was that I would’ve preferred they kept the “twist” concealed a bit better; I put two and two together much earlier on, so that was a little disappointing. Still, good stuff.

Any tips for managing inventory? At this point I’m selling basically everything, but I feel like I should be careful I don’t sell anything too rare or important

Houses are notoriously hard to get in this game, it's a lottery that you need big amounts of money to even participate in. Can't give you any tips on how to get one, but I'll tell you that you can get an appartment much more easily (only 300k gils and no need for a lottery)

I got mine by waiting for a housing expansion when they add entire new wards and finding some place with no bids. Still a small house is about 4 mull, Med is 20 and large 50.

As for inventory, you can get a few extra boxes off of your chocolate saddlebags, and two full inventories by hiring retainers. The first two are free but every one after that is a monthly charge. You can also ditch some items in the armoire,things like event skins and the ARR job glams. The glam cabinet is also a good place to store gear you don't need right now, as long as your early game and it hasn't filled up too much.
