    If I remember right, it also helps in the Lancer fight because it can help you evade Gae Bolg. It's still almost completely useless on Archer though because he can just counter with Rho Aias (eh, Askys called it something else, but whatever ), plus his luck gain is terrible to begin with so your chances of getting hit with it just relying on luck alone would probably still be pretty high. As for Caster and Saber, that's still only two whole fights it's really useful for, so yeah, it's still a pretty useless stat for the most part. :P
