Ah yes. Not saying that the original OVAs weren't good, because that's far from the case, but David really knows how to bring the series to life, proving that a good story can't be outdated.

Double Arts and Mx0(with of course anime original stuff to balm the travesty of it being cancelled), a Parasite Eve series could be excellent (and wash away the godawful The 3rd Birthday). I'd like if they did an OVA of that one Gatekeepers novel as well. On the SoL side of things, an anime of Pastel would be cool.

Also, I really hope Shaft does Koyomimonogatari, but since we still haven't seen that which shall not be named, I don't hold much hope.

They would pretty much have to rewrite the entire last part, because just going anime original would have a really cliche ending the way things were shaping up.

That is the least you can ask for, but I'd rather go for something other than a mediocre adaptation if we're bothering with an anime. Too much potential was wasted not to.
