What TM property that isn't a part of Nasuverse would you be most interested in being merged together w/Nasuverse, sorta like the DC universe is w/Watchmen right now?

Well for Geas, you aren't taking into account how the person he admired just killed a person that was like family to him. And before she did so, told him he was impotent and couldn't do a thing about it.
Think about that, for Shirou, helping people is a cross on his heart that is rooted in an unbalanced mindset, and deeper than that Taiga and Sakura are special to him aside from that nuerosis. Rin didn't mean to, but she did the equivalent of smashing his heart into pieces and setting it on fire, telling him to just sit and watch as a magic compulsion chains him to the floor and he can't even speak up in protest until the deed is done, the whole situation is indicative of her having empathy issues with the "tests" she gives Shirou instead of flat out saying, "I don't want you to make a Geas with me" or "I don't want you to use the arm".
From her perspective, this was the best choice for both him and Sakura, but she didn't factor in the fallout. It's important because it coincides with that talk she had with Shirou about being her brakes when she needs it.
Cognitively visualize how emasculating, hurtful, and degrading that is for a second and you'd see why Shirou ends up like that. That isn't even factoring what anguish amd torment Sakura felt in her final moments either. Rin broke two hearts that day, and they didn't even get dinner and a movie out of it. Bad joke I know but I had to add some levity cause its pretty depressing to write that.
As for HF Normal, that is pretty obvious as well, more than just being attached to Shirou, she doesn't know what to do with herself with the grief and guilt. That is the main thing, nor does she seem to have anyone around actually qualified to get her through therapy. Rin basically said, "eh, he's not coming back, but come live with me in the house that abandoned you", gave up and then left her to it. So she pretty much coped and obviously self-therapy from someone unwell doesn't really take.
Though she did say that she tried to find ways of getting back into society, tried to teach herself magic, and gained an apprentice near the end, so it's probably the best you can hope for someone who pretty much is their own therapist.

Nah, the neighborhood watch would run it out of town, those establishments ain't gonna fly in a pure, Christian mountain town like Fuyuki.
