her family holdings produce money, but less and less each year, and the ones still produc money produce much less then they should because kirei squandered the produce. she still has money coming, though its bad enough she actually asks shirou for help getting a job at one point in HA.
at any rate she still has a comfortable level of income but if not for kirei, she would be fabuliously wealthy.
