I don't think it's clarified out of hand, but considering Niobe boasted about how her children were superior to Leto's, one would assume they were capable of doing more than screaming, defecating and sleeping.

In this context I guess making a Melty Blood/FGO crossover makes more sense. In Melty, you're not only kind of ruining the future of Tsukihime, but the story itself is eschatological, much like the Dark Six was meant to be.

She wouldn't be dead because of her link to Gaia. She wouldn't also be sleeping because the sleep is only a process to make her more mature/stop her from sucking blood/prepare her for the CM ressurrection ritual.

The most problable I think would be that she was never created as there is no sign of the Aylesbury Valesti happening on Fate worlds, even less on FGO ones.

Btw, wasn't Hinako created though a different method and place? I thought she was created underneath the sea or something like that, no relation to Brunestud at all.
