When (more like if) the Tsukihime remake comes, and since I presume that Kohaku will still retain her gaming hobby, do y'all suppose she'd be more the type to play the trendier games with larger playerbases (like APEX, PUBG, and others that have a good-sized audience and interest in Japan), or do you think -- Nasu being the author, and Nasu being Nasu -- art will imitate life and her tastes will fall more squarely in line with Nasu's IRL preferences (inb4 FROMSOFT cameos, etc.)?

Or maybe she'd just be a thrifty old-soul and have her tastes fall into retro gaming, LOL. Which is kinda sorta Nasu-like, but not fully a Nasu trait.

Anyway, I imagine she has a good salary and I don't think she has anywhere else to spend it, I don't see why she wouldn't have a bunch of consoles, both retro and next-gen.

Nah there's too much possiblity of overlap with FGO, especially since if Tsuki does come out there's 100% going to be a FGO tie in event. It has to be something they own, but something that probably won't overlap enough to break suspension of disbelief. DDD or Girls Work? Maybe Notes?
