This explains Mordred ("Of course I'm a guy! Do you see a penis here? I didn't think so!"), and also maybe part of the reason she's upset with Arturia.

Wait, is this Hibichika thing actually serious or is it gag canon? I just glanced at the wiki page trying to figure out the best way to translate トライテン and my head exploded.
Having listened to the CDs: yes, it's actually serious and I think it's kinda funny that nobody else seems to have cared enough to find out about it. I considered editing the TM wiki with the information but all their pages on these characters are stubs and they haven't even made the Keitai-san/Caubac Alcatraz connection yet.
The main character is even named 千鍵, they planned this since the beginning. :O
