Especially given how he acts on Babylonia, I honestly do think that F/SN Gil's plan will lead to a better world. However, being the petty avenger that I am, because he killed Illya, I would take great joy in destroying both him and his paradise, but this also makes me admit that it is a paradise. As an aside, I don't really care for Amakusa either way. If anything, I consider him and Jeanne to be similar in many ways (likes repel). However, in F/A, because Jeanne killed Jack, I would wish for Amakusa's success, just to spite Jeanne.

This is precisely why Inheritance of Glory is written.

Former DHO families killing each other is basically like Symphony of the Night's plotline, except better because there is no demon who was "actually responsible all along".

After I finished reading the English translation of Tsukihime I went through some scenes in the untranslated Tsukihime to verify some terms whose Japanese equivalents I couldn't deduce from the translation or was unsure, I noticed a few interesting things while doing so. First, it's a minor detail but the way 神秘 (Mystery) was translated was both inconsistent and wasn't translated literally like most other terms which had made think the term had not been mentioned at all in Tsukihime. Now for a more interesting detail, during a scene where Ciel explains that True Ancestors are spirits of nature there is this line:

An existence which the world created to sense for it. These are what we usually call spirits.
What got translated as "spirits" wasn't one word but actually two words: 精霊 (Elementals) and 神霊 (Divine Spirits).
Also in the same scene there is the line below:

They are a transcendental species existing on another plane different from the remaining spirits of animals in the present world.
The translation omitted a detail about these remaining spirits saying they remain in the present world only in spiritual form (霊体). It's probably meant to contrast with spirits such as Arcueid that have a physical form.
Also, it's unrelated to to translations but this dialogue here caught my attention:

"But, Shiki. If you talk about it that way, your human species is really strong. The ability to make up for their weakness as a species with other things, that makes them the strongest in a way.
Probably, the only ones that can kill the greatest creature called the 'world' are you humans."
At the time it was most likely seen as a reference to Notes but looking at it now it reminds one of the HFY themes that became prominent in FGO.

There is also an old interview in which Nasu compares Arc with God (spirit in the human body). Considering the recent information on the nature of Gods in Nasuverse, it's almost certain that he was talking about a type of beings instead of God in Christian sense. And the "quasi-deified natural phenomenon" thing from CM3's section of Q&A also completes the picture.

EDIT: Also, Notes in a way, is already pretty strong in HFY department.

I mean the term, not actual Paisen. Should have cleared that up.

So the term of Elementals existed in Tsukihime way before FGO is introduced. Should have read the VN. -.-

Speaking of Tsukihime, I wonder how much Arcueid wank the remake will have if when it's finally out.

I mean, she has a skill in Extra that's literally 'be stronger than her opponent'

Wonder how that will translate into gameplay once she inevitably shows up in FGO. Class advantage over every single class?

"Due to *insert goof up here* during her summoning, Arcueid Brunestud's Ultimate One skill cannot be used."

What's the status of Gaia during the Lostbelts anyway? "She outright can't use" is also a possibility.

I mean, Nero has an ability skill that straight up negates her defensive weaknesses. If you made arc as a berserker then gave her that it would be pretty close mechanically to how arc is in fate extra
