Actually ufotable being busy with Mahoyo and Demon Slayer is a good point, because frankly I can't imagine anyone else doing it when they've done the other core Nasu stuff like KnK/FSN/Mahoyo, as opposed to GO or Extra. They also already did the opening for the VN. So maybe there won't be an anime just yet.
I'm worried JC Staff has the rights to it and no other studio will be allowed to make another adaptation.
