Well, idk about the other groups, cuz idk history/myth to much, but i was able to pick up thought Fate that the Round table imploded spectacularly. Did those other groups break down and murder one another and self destruct in various ways?

I guess the Shinsengumi had some infighting based on the Serisawa plot from Yamataikoku

That was after Iskandar died though so I can see why it wouldn't affect his NP.

Though that conflict is explicitly the reason Faker isn't part of IH, it disgusted her so she refuses to be summoned as part of the army.
