Well, Tsukihime's art style for ero and non-ero is rather... dated to put it nicely. This is similar to the reason why a nude Satoko sprite in the original Higurashi is such a pyrrhic victory.

Nasu being ashamed of it is something pushed by either people who belittle the medium or doomposters who want them to go back but do it with a pessimistic, accusatory tone.
I always wondered who hired RAITA, DW or TM?

RAITA draw Kintoki for OG Apocrypha a few years before FGO, so TM.

A real smash hit until you consider the fact that hardcore fans tend to buy some merch in sets of 4 in JP. One for actual use, one for display, one for emergency cases (like broken set), one for...yeah, I forgot the other one.

Besides, the merch is JP only so...overseas fans who wanted that piece of pie must go through hook and nail to even get one set. Heck, setting up JP acct in Google Play and PSN needs meticulous instructions if one wants the full JP experience.
    Not dealing with it...

    Why even try?

    This is golden...

Regardless of how many copies of merch you claim hardcore anime fans buy, Kara no Kyoukai has comparable sales with many popular anime. It's irrelevant unless you're trying to argue this is a kara no kyoukai fan exclusive thing.

Yes, the website lets you rate ero scenes).
That is one thing that ticks me off, they've got so much dosh, but even post FGO, their production rate seems mostly the same. That we're getting an Extra remake and the fact they made a separate studio SHOULD be a good sign, but I think TM is just always gonna be TM. I doubt it is gonna become Disney. Their production rate and desire for global reach is still far, far diminished from that monolith.

Well, unlike Disney, TM's original founders are still alive.
