If they want to add more people from Awakening they could add the Hierophant. Finally get a FE villain in there, as well as someone that won't just be a modified Marth.
The Final Smash even chooses itself.

I've played a lot of Kid Icarus: Uprising's online multiplayer and it works fine, so the 3DS version at least will have good online play.
