I just read Phoenix and I must say I'm loving what you've got. A nice, solid prologue and one simply begging for more attention.

Mokou is definitely going to be an amusing parent for the lad and I have a feeling he's going to have a rather... interesting relationship with Eirin through archery and maybe her shady drugs.

Urge to hijack thread with snippet rising... Nah, not going to do it. Too much of a rip-off from Negima - we don't need to feed kid!Shirou with some kind of drug that makes him a bishounen/proto-EMIYA and set him loose in a land with overpowered females, causing who-knows-how-much collateral destruction through no fault of his own.
