He does have Archer's memories fucking him up, and Archer was quite the drama queen.But if I knew what was in store, who I’d involve and what would happen to them, I think I would have rather rushed naked into the clock tower with a neon sign saying ‘Reality Marble Here’.

Actually, there were only a few dozen deaths(like 60 or so), the rest were comas and will recover and the max casualties were about 150, so the majority are comas. And they never find Touko, they just used all their assets to get a used doll body. Then Sakura worked for that year getting him back to normal, while Rin helped cover things with Taiga. Then Rin takes off for London for her magus instruction, and Sakura works further on getting Shirou stable and making sure the both of them graduate together, while she cleans up the mess around Fuyuki and takes on Rin's duties as Supervisor.
Then Rin comes back after things have mostly calmed down and she escapes having to run from the Association for her whole life, and have an investigation done in Fuyuki that would bring the Association on Sakura and Shirou as well. Sakura has taken good care of the town by clearing the distortions caused by the Grail. Rin offers her to come to London, bit she claims to still have projects here in Fuyuki to take care of. Shirou claims that the body he has is alright, bit the two sisters plan to get him a better one.
Not really what one would call not earning your happy ending. There really wasn't as much detail in other ends as this one honestly.
